Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Fuki platform, available at fuki.app.

2. Acceptance

Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

Fuki is an automation tool for Vinted sellers. It enables automatic re-listing of items, follow-up messages to users who favorited an item, and centralised management of multiple Vinted accounts.

4. Registration

Access to the Service requires creating an account via third-party authentication (Google or Discord). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the Service for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations of the Service
• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Vinted's Terms
• Not resell or share your access to the Service

6. Liability

Fuki is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We are not liable for consequences arising from use of the Service on your Vinted accounts.

7. Subscription and payment

Some features require a paid subscription managed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your personal dashboard.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if these Terms are violated, without notice or compensation.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
